- All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays)

- Standard processing time: 1-2 business days

- Additional charge of ₹100
- Guaranteed delivery within 48 hours
Package Safety
- All study materials are carefully packed in water-resistant packaging
- Multiple quality checks before dispatch
- Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
Digital Products
- For digital products (like online test series), access will be provided immediately after payment confirmation
- No shipping charges apply to digital products
- Login credentials will be sent to your registered email ID

- Track your order through our website using your order ID
- Receive real-time updates via SMS and email

Delivery Guidelines
- Signature required upon delivery
- Please inspect the package before accepting delivery
- In case of any visible damage, please notify the delivery partner immediately
Special Situations
Non-Delivery
- If you’re not available during delivery attempts, our courier partner will make two additional attempts
- After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to our facility
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages
Address Changes
- Address changes can be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of order placement
- Changes after dispatch are subject to additional charges
Lost Packages
- In rare cases of lost packages, we initiate an investigation with our shipping partner
