- Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties accessing our materials, we’ll first work to resolve the issue. If we can’t fix it within 48 hours, you’ll receive a full refund.
Physical Products (Printed Materials)
- 7-Day Return Window: For unused, sealed physical products, we offer a 7-day return period from the delivery date.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect materials, we’ll replace them free of charge or provide a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your complaint with photographic evidence.
